Adding a New Client
1. You can create a new Client by selecting New Client from the Main Dashboard.
The
following flowing fields will be displayed:

Internal Client Code | Required - Format restrictions can be

Registered Office Address | Required |
Client First Name | Optional – Text – can be added at a later
stage |
Client Last Name | Optional – Text – can be added at a later
stage |
Client Email | Optional – Text – can be added at a later
stage |
Internal File Reference | Required - Text e.g., Initials of
Partner/Manager in charge |
Audit period end date | Required (YYYY-MM-DD) |
Audit period start date | Required (YYYY-MM-DD) |

Multiple
client users can be added at this point. Note that clients will not receive a
notification that they have been added to the platform.
The
audit period will default to 12 months when the End Date is entered but can be
amended as needed.
