Adding a New Client

 

1. You can create a new Client by selecting New Client from the Main Dashboard.

The following flowing fields will be displayed:

Header

Format required

Company Name

Required

Internal Client Code

Required - Format restrictions can be implemented

Registered Office Address

Required

Client First Name

Optional – Text – can be added at a later stage

Client Last Name

Optional – Text – can be added at a later stage

Client Email

Optional – Text – can be added at a later stage

Internal File Reference

Required - Text e.g., Initials of Partner/Manager in charge

Audit period end date

Required (YYYY-MM-DD)

Audit period start date

Required (YYYY-MM-DD)

2. Enter the details of the client. 
 

Multiple client users can be added at this point. Note that clients will not receive a notification that they have been added to the platform.

The audit period will default to 12 months when the End Date is entered but can be amended as needed.

The deadline date for the audit period can also be created at this stage.
