Specific banks may use a pin as an extra layer of security on their response documents. 


1. You will receive an email stating that a response document has been provided.

2. Select Access.

3. Select the request from the list.

4. You will be asked to enter the PIN. You can contact the provider through the Provider Messaging tab in order to receive the PIN.

5. Enter the PIN provided by the provider and select Submit.

6. You will now be able to view the response document.
