Sometimes, you may need to resend requests to a different provider. Editing and resending requests sent to external providers following the steps in the video above.
For integrated providers you will need to withdraw the current request, and send a new confirmation request to the correct provider.
To edit a request:
1. From the Action Area, select the request ID you wish to edit
2. An activity slider will appear, select
3. Choose the new provider or change the signer that you require, click
4. The request ID will return to drafts ready to be sent to the new provider or client signatory.
5, If you have an LOA in place, the request will revert back to 'Signed' status after you edit.
