On the Circit platform you have the ability to bulk create confirmation requests for either a single client or for multiple clients at the same time.

Bulk creating Confirmation requests for a single client.

1.From the main dashboard select the client entity you would like to bulk create confirmations for.

2.Select ‘Bulk Create’ under the Confirmation requests option.


3.There are two options to action the bulk creation. You can either add them one at a time or upload several via the ‘Import from CSV’ function.
 
4.First ensure the client is correct, you can choose from a drop down if the client is part of a group. Select the provider and input any additional provider data if it appears. You then select the request type and the signers or you can click on the quill symbol and use a Letter of Authority to sign. You can then type in the internal ref/partner name and a deadline date if required.


5.Once all the required details have been inputted for the first request you can click the green ‘+Add’ button to create another line and fill in the details for another request. Or press duplicate to duplicate the line above. This can be actioned for as many requests as required and once you have added the amount you need you then press the green ‘bulk create’ on the top right hand corner of the page.

6.This will then populate all the bulk created confirmations into the draft status if they are to be signed by the client or into the signed status if a Letter of authority has been used.

7.To import from a CSV from the client entity page select ‘bulk create’ then a new window will open from here on the top right you will see a button ‘import from CSV’, a new pop up window will appear with the template for upload available by clicking on the green template link in step one.


8.Step one will show you the required and optional fields for the CSV before upload. Once satisfied with the created CSV select the button ‘Browse CSV’ from here find your newly created file and upload to the platform.


9.There will then be a preview of your file allowing you to delete rows if required and confirm the data being uploaded.Once the data is uploaded you can select the provider the request type and choose to sign the document with an Letter of authorisation by selecting the quill symbol beside ‘signers’ if you have not included the signers email on the upload. Once satisfied click 'bulk create’.



10.Again confirmation requests created with client signers selected will go to the draft status once created and those that have been created using a Letter of Authority will be in the signed status.



Bulk creating Confirmation requests for multiple clients.

1.From the main dashboard select ‘Action area’ on the top left hand corner of the page.


2.From the confirmation requests option you will see the option to bulk create confirmation requests on the right hand side of the page by selecting ‘Bulk create’.


3.You will be able to create confirmation requests either one by one or by bulk uploading the request details via a CSV import.

Select the Period end date the provider and input any additional provider data if it appears. You then select the request type and the signers or you can click on the quill symbol and use a Letter of Authority to sign. You can then type in the internal ref/partner name and a deadline date if required.
