To create a Letter of Authority for a group:
Ensure that within the client All group entities are selected from the drop down menu.
1. Select Letter of Authority.
2. Select Add New Authority.
3. From here, select which group entities will be covered by the letter of authority
4. Select the signers required for the LOA.
5. Select the validity period.
6. Select Save. The LOA will be saved to the draft section to be sent to the client.
7. Once the LOA has been signed it can be used to create confirmation requests for any of the group entities included on the LOA.
