When following up with providers on requests, multiple messages can be sent at the same time.

1) From the main dashboard select ‘Action Area’.

2) You will be taken to the action area for Confirmation requests. Select the blue tile at the top of the page  for Confirmation requests in the ‘With Provider’ status.

3) Select all the confirmation requests you wish to follow up on. The ‘Message Provider’ button will now be highlighted, select this and a pop up window will appear.

4) Write in the message you wish the providers to receive. Scroll down and review the correct providers being contacted, once confirmed as correct select ‘Send’.

5) Once sent a new pop up screen will appear requesting if you would like to set a new next action date, this is optional
