Provider Messaging 

Providers and auditors can discuss Requests using the messaging feature in Circit.

Note: This is only available for requests at With Provider status.


To send a message:

1. Click on a request. The Request Activity slider is displayed.

2. In the Provider Messaging tab, add a comment, then click Send.

Raising an Exception


For Integrated providers, Auditors can raise an exception if the response received is missing information or is incorrect.
Note: The request will have to be in the Completed status.

To raise an exception:

1. Click on a request. The Request Activity slider is displayed.


2. In the Request slider, Select Raise Exception.

3. Select Exception type from the dropdown list, and create a message to further explain the exception to provider.

4. Select Notify Provider

The provider will see this exception and will be able to resolve it on their side. It will then return to completed status.
